我厂给首钢生产的轧机上有—如图1所示形状的锻件,根轧机的使用条件及该件在轧机上的作用,选择材料为4Cr9Si2,锻后转热处理车间淬火。当低温回火后,发现在这一批锻件中每一个锻件上都出现裂纹,且裂纹位置及形状都很有规律,都在长度为B的斜面上,或高度为H的斜面上(见图1)。但裂纹的长度及深度各异,一般裂纹深度为6毫米,最深达11毫米。对此,我们进行了如下分析。
