分子印迹固相萃取技术(MISPE)是一种高效的样品前处理技术,能从复杂的样品中选择性分离目标物及其结构类似物。分子印迹技术(MIT)在食品中农药和兽药残留检测中的应用得到快速发展。综述了近两年国内外分子印迹固相萃取技术在食品安全检测中农药、兽药残留检测的应用及进展,讨论了当前分子印迹固相萃取技术在食品安全检测应用中存在的问题,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
Molecularly Imprinted Solid-Phase Extraction (MISPE) is an efficient sample preparation technique that selectively separates targets and their structural analogs from complex samples. The application of molecular imprinting (MIT) in the detection of pesticides and veterinary drug residues in food has been rapidly developed. The application and progress of pesticide and veterinary drug residues detection in food safety testing by molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction at home and abroad in recent two years are reviewed. The existing problems in the application of food safety testing by molecular imprint solid-phase extraction are discussed. The development trend of the outlook.
