一个具有良好风貌,具有凝聚力、向心力的班集体的背后必然有一个强有力的班委会。这就要求辅导员要发现和培养积极分子,挑选和培养班干部,建立班集体的领导核心。在班级管理中班干部是辅导员的左膀右臂,他们既可以帮助辅导员管理好班级,又可以帮助辅导员组织和开展各种活动。本文通过从三个方面阐述高职高专班级干部队伍的建设。
A class with a good style, cohesion, and centripetal force must have a strong class committee behind it. This requires counselors to find and cultivate activists, select and train class cadres, the leadership of the building class collective leadership. Class management in the class cadre is the right-hand man of counselors, they can help counselors manage the class, but also can help counselors to organize and carry out various activities. This article elaborates the construction of class cadres in higher vocational colleges through three aspects.
