目的:建立布洛芬混悬液中苯甲酸的HPLC检测方法。方法:采用Kromasil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.05 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾-乙腈(72∶28)为流动相,检测波长为235 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μl。结果:苯甲酸检出限为3.57 ng,在12.5~200.0μg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),供试品溶液在24 h内稳定,平均回收率为98.42%,RSD为0.98%(n=9)。结论:该方法操作简便,重复性好,检测结果准确,能更好地检测布洛芬混悬液中防腐剂的含量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of benzoic acid in ibuprofen suspension. METHODS: Kromasil C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with 0.05 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile (72:28) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 235 nm The column temperature was 30 ℃, the injection volume was 10μl. Results: The detection limit of benzoic acid was 3.57 ng, with a good linearity (r = 0.999 9) in the concentration range of 12.5 ~ 200.0 μg · ml -1. The average recovery of benzoic acid was within 24 h 98.42%, RSD 0.98% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible and accurate, which can better detect the content of preservative in ibuprofen suspension.
