本研究采用身体锻炼等级量表、身体自尊量表对广东省女大学生进行调查,探讨身体自尊及其与体育锻炼的关系。结果表明:①体育锻炼时间是影响女大学生身体自尊的最重要因素之一,且与女大学生的身体自尊水平存在正相关;②体育锻炼频率与身体自尊水平存在正相关关系;③体育锻炼强度在一定范围内,随着每次锻炼强度的增加,女大学生的身体自尊水平也在提高。在结果的基础上,分析了影响因素,并提出相应的建议。
In this study, using the scale of physical exercise, physical self-esteem scale survey of female students in Guangdong Province to explore the relationship between physical self-esteem and physical exercise. The results showed that: (1) physical exercise time was one of the most important factors affecting the female students ’body self-esteem, and positively correlated with female college students’ body self-esteem; (2) physical exercise frequency had a positive correlation with physical self-esteem; (3) Within a certain range, as the strength of each exercise increases, the level of physical self-esteem of female college students is also increasing. Based on the results, the influencing factors are analyzed and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
