目的了解张家港市公共浴室拖鞋卫生状况,为制定科学有效的卫生监督管理措施提供依据。方法 2008-2011年对张家港市所有公共浴室的拖鞋进行抽样检测。结果共采样1 191份,合格693份,平均总合格率为58.19%,其中桑拿浴室拖鞋合格率为63.87%,普通浴室拖鞋合格率为53.34%,二者合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);城区浴室拖鞋合格率为48.91%,乡镇浴室拖鞋合格率为59.88%,二者合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论张家港市公共浴室拖鞋污染情况严重,尤其是普通浴室,卫生监督部门应加大监管力度,加强卫生知识培训,强化消毒管理制度,卫生监测机构应加大对乡镇浴室的突击抽样力度,确保公共浴室拖鞋的消毒质量。
Objective To understand the sanitary conditions of slippers for public bathhouses in Zhangjiagang City and provide the basis for establishing scientific and effective sanitary supervision and management measures. Methods 2008 to 2011, Zhangjiagang City, all public bath slippers for sampling. Results A total of 1 191 samples were obtained and 693 were qualified, with an average total passing rate of 58.19%. The passing rate of sauna slippers was 63.87% and that of ordinary bath slippers was 53.34%. There was a significant difference in pass rates between the two (P < 0.01). The passing rate of bath slippers in urban area was 48.91%, and the passing rate of bath slippers in towns and villages was 59.88%. There was a significant difference in pass rate between them (P <0.01). Conclusion The pollution of public bath slippers in Zhangjiagang is serious, especially in ordinary bathrooms. Health supervision departments should step up supervision, strengthen the training of hygiene knowledge and strengthen the disinfection management system. Health monitoring agencies should step up the sampling of assaulting villages and towns bathrooms to ensure public Bathroom slippers disinfection quality.
