截止2007年9月底,江苏省已有54个市辖区和27个县级市开展了社区卫生服务,建成城市社区卫生服务机构2100多个,以街道为单位,社区卫生服务中心覆盖率为93%。南京、苏州、镇江等地社区卫生服务机构门急诊人次已占当地门急诊总量的40%以上。笔者综合江苏省部分城市社区卫生服务的现状,查找存在问题,研究探讨对策。
As of the end of September 2007, Jiangsu Province has 54 municipal districts and 27 county-level cities to carry out community health services, built more than 2,100 urban community health service agencies to the street as a unit, community health service center coverage was 93% . Emergency attendance of community health service agencies in Nanjing, Suzhou, Zhenjiang and other places accounted for more than 40% of the total number of local outpatient and emergency departments. Based on the status quo of community health services in some cities in Jiangsu Province, the author finds out the existing problems and studies the countermeasures.
