1996年1月至2002年4月,我科用自制烧伤膏治疗Ⅲ°放射性皮炎28例,取得了满意效果。现报告如下。 临床资料:根据《实用肿瘤并发症诊断治疗学》中放射性皮炎的分度标准:Ⅰ°皮肤出现红斑,色素沉着;Ⅱ°皮肤干性脱皮;Ⅲ°皮肤湿性脱皮,局部皮肤浮肿,水泡形成,继而糜烂、渗液,表皮脱落;Ⅳ°皮肤溃疡。我科在进行妇科恶性肿瘤放射治疗过程中,发现Ⅲ°放射性皮炎49例。年龄37～80岁,平均57.4岁。其中宫颈癌33例、宫体癌12例、阴道癌4例。放射性皮炎发生于腹股沟及下腹部皮肤皱折处6例、大阴唇19
