1病例报告患者男,62岁。因游泳近4h后流涕、头痛,伴发热3天就诊。查体:体温38℃,呼吸26次/min,脉搏75/min,血压132/84mmHg,会咽部充血(■),咽后壁散在滤泡,扁桃体无增大,余未见异常。实验室检查:白细胞计数8.5×10~9/L,中性粒细胞0.71,淋巴细胞0.45,单核细胞0.06。诊断为急性上呼吸道感染。给予口服贯黄感冒颗粒、板蓝根颗粒、阿莫西林胶囊等治疗3天,效果不明显。左侧头痛无减轻,反而持续加剧。进一步查体发现,头左侧枕部皮肤出现米粒大小成簇水疱,不能触
