当国家西部大开发战略进入到第十个年头,悬念也就浮出水面:2010年是实施“十一五”规划的最后一年,也是国家实施西部大开发战略十周年。在这个关键节点,即将出台的“西部大开发新十年规划”将引领西部走向怎样的未来?记者了解到,早在一年前,国家发改委西部司就委托第三方机构进行西部大开发前十年成效的评估,与此同时,西部各省发改委牵头调研,上报西部开发的新思路和建议。西部司还分别组织专家团到西部各省份调研,经过几轮专家讨论后形成草案。目前,相关规划讨论意见稿正由国家发改委作最后的修改和推敲。
