目的研究山白消食合剂辅助治疗支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法将54例支气管肺炎患者随机分成两组,对照组27例给予常规抗生素抗感染,祛痰治疗;治疗组27例在对照组治疗基础上加服山白消食合剂。结果治愈率、总有效率在治疗组分别为81.5%、92.5%,对照组分别为44.4%、74.1%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论山白消食合剂辅助治疗支气管肺炎疗效显著。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of “Shanbai Xiaoshi Mixture” in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia. Methods 54 cases of bronchial pneumonia patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group, 27 cases given conventional anti-infective antibiotics, expectorant treatment; treatment group, 27 cases in the control group on the basis of treatment with Shanshan Xiaoshi Mixture. Results The cure rate and total effective rate were 81.5% and 92.5% in the treatment group and 44.4% and 74.1% in the control group respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Shanbai Xiaoshi mixture adjuvant treatment of bronchial pneumonia with significant effect.
