前言疳病痊(pyrantel pamoate)是一种新的广谱驱虫药,特别对肠道线虫有较为理想的效果。国外多用于驱治家畜及人的肠道线虫,还未见到用于猕猴的报道。我们于1983年下半年,用广州白云山制药厂生产的疳病痊片剂,对我所饲养的实验猕猴进行了驱虫试验,结果如下。材料和方法一、试验动物应用直接涂片法对我所饲养了1至5年的猕猴100余只进行了普查,找出15只鞭虫卵阳性的动物。(年龄1至6岁,不同性别)。将这些猕猴按随机法分为三组(A、B、C)。
