目的:研究复方桑钩颗粒对高血脂大鼠血液流变学及凝血功能的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为5组,即正常对照组、模型组、复方桑钩颗粒高剂量组、复方桑钩颗粒低剂量组和松龄血脉康阳性对照组,每组12只,采用高脂饲料喂养建立高血脂大鼠模型,给药4 w后采血测定各组大鼠血脂、血液流变学及凝血功能等指标。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、全血黏度(中切)、血浆黏度、全血还原黏度(低切)、红细胞压积、红细胞变形指数、PT、PTA、PT-INR、TT、FIB发生显著改变,说明模型组大鼠血脂、血液流变学、凝血功能出现异常。与模型组比较,复方桑钩颗粒各给药组大鼠TC、LDL-C、血浆黏度、全血黏度(中切)、红细胞压积、PTA显著降低,红细胞变形指数、PT、PT-INR显著升高;同时复方桑钩颗粒高剂量组HDL-C显著升高,全血黏度、FIB显著降低。结论:复方桑寄生钩藤颗粒在降脂的同时,对高血脂模型大鼠血液流变学和凝血功能异常均有很好的改善作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Fufang Sang Hook Granule on hemorheology and coagulation function in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group, model group, high-dose Fufang Sang Houtou Granule group, low-dose Fufang Sang Hook Granule group and positive control group of Songling Xuemaikang, with 12 Only high fat diet was used to establish hyperlipidemic rat model. After 4 w of administration, blood lipid, hemorheology and coagulation function were determined in each group. Results: Compared with the normal control group, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity (low cut), hematocrit, PT, PTA, PT-INR, TT, FIB significantly changed, indicating that the model group rats blood lipid, hemorheology, coagulation abnormalities. Compared with the model group, TC, LDL-C, plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity (MEBO), hematocrit and PTA were significantly decreased, erythrocyte deformability index, PT and PT-INR were significantly increased While HDL-C in Compound Sang Hook Granules high dose group was significantly increased, while whole blood viscosity and FIB were significantly decreased. CONCLUSION: The compound Radix Scutellariae Uncaria can improve the hemorheology and coagulation dysfunction of rats with hyperlipemia at the same time of lipid-lowering.
