本文介绍采用半剖圆柱铅试样在表面镶有玻璃的半剖锻模中压制成形的实验方法,对轴对称件模锻过程中金属的变形规律进行了分析研究。通过实验,直观地看到了轴对称件在模锻过程中各个变形阶段的金属流动规律以及塑性变形区的分布范围。并把半剖试样与整体试样在整个压制过程中的变形力进行了分析比较,获得了变形力理论计算验证与实验相一致的结果,论证了用半剖试样代替整体试样及双半剖组合试样进行试验的可行性。
In this paper, we introduce the experimental method of semi-sectioned lead sample in the half-forging die with glass inlaid surface, and analyze the deformation law of the metal during the die forging process. Through experiments, we can visually see the metal flow regularity and the distribution range of plastic deformation zone of the axisymmetric parts during the deformation process in the die forging process. The deformation force of the half-section specimen and the whole specimen in the whole pressing process were analyzed and compared. The calculation results of the deformation force theory were consistent with those of the experiment. The results showed that the half-section specimen was used instead of the whole specimen and the double Feasibility of half-sectional combination test.
