作为经济改革和经济发展结果之一的居民收入分配状态，不但构成了评价改革和发展成功与否的重要指标体系标准，而且会反过来加速或延缓经济改革与发展的进程。对居民收入分配的评价关键依赖于统计信息的真实程度如何。本文针对目前我国对城镇居民收支情况的统计方法———抽样调查法的一些不科学性和弊端，提出了如何正确测算改革以来城镇居民实际名义收入的规模及其变动———包括对货币性分配收入和实物分配收入的测算方法，从而为人们正确认识中国城镇居民收入分配状况提供理论依据
The status of household income distribution, as a result of economic reform and economic development, not only constitutes an important indicator system standard for evaluating the success of reform and development, but also accelerates or delays the process of economic reform and development. The assessment of household income distribution depends critically on the true level of statistical information. In this paper, aiming at the unscientific and malpractice of the current statistical methods of urban residents’ income and expenditure in our country, this paper puts forward how to correctly measure the actual nominal income of urban residents and their changes since the reform Sexual distribution of income and distribution of income in kind measurement method, so as to provide a theoretical basis for people to correctly understand the income distribution of urban residents in China
