汶川地震发生后,成都房地产市场受到重大影响,我国是地震高发国家,2010年4月14日,青海玉树又发生7.1级地震。研究地震对房地产市场的影响对于该行业的健康稳定发展有着重要的意义。本文从地震对消费者心理和行为、房地产企业、房地产价格、保险行业及政府采取的措施等方面阐述了汶川地震对成都房地产市场的影响并进行了对策分析。
After the Wenchuan earthquake, Chengdu’s real estate market was greatly affected. China is a country with high earthquake. On April 14, 2010, a 7.1-magnitude earthquake struck Yushu in Qinghai Province. Studying the impact of earthquakes on the real estate market is of great significance to the healthy and stable development of the industry. This article elaborates the impact of Wenchuan earthquake on the real estate market in Chengdu and analyzes the countermeasures from the aspects of earthquake, consumer psychology and behavior, real estate enterprises, real estate prices, insurance industry and government measures.
