社会建设与人民幸福安康息息相关。必须在经济发展的基础上,更加注重社会建设,完善社会福利政策,着力保障和改善民生,促进社会公平正义,努力使全体人民学有所教、劳有所得、病有所医、老有所养、住有所居,推动建设和谐社会。社会福利作为一种再分配手段,对于保障社会公平具有至关重要的作用。但是目前中国社会福利事业还有一些不和谐因素,本文通过对中国目前社会福利存在问题的反思,提出在构建社会主义和谐社会中完善社会福利政策的途径。
Social construction is closely related to the happiness and well-being of the people. On the basis of economic development, we must pay more attention to social construction, improve social welfare policies, strive to guarantee and improve people’s livelihood, promote social fairness and justice, strive to make all people have something to learn, work hard, get sick and have old things Support, live in a home, and promote the building of a harmonious society. As a means of redistribution, social welfare plays a crucial role in ensuring social fairness. However, there are still some discordant factors in China’s current social welfare undertakings. This paper, through reflection on the existing social welfare problems in China, proposes ways to improve social welfare policies in building a harmonious socialist society.
