浙江经济由传统的资源供给型向创新驱动型转变是经济发展方式的内在要求,也是浙江中小企业面对内外发展困境的必由之路。政府在创新驱动型经济中扮演何种角色,政府如何采取适当的方式在不阻碍企业创新动力的前提下推动创新型经济的发展,这些问题值得深思。
Zhejiang’s economic transformation from traditional supply of resources to innovation-driven is an inherent requirement of the economic development mode and also the only way for Zhejiang’s small and medium-sized enterprises to face the internal and external development difficulties. What role the government plays in the innovation-driven economy and how the government can adopt appropriate ways to promote the development of an innovative economy without hindering the innovation power of enterprises are worth pondering over.
