近几年来我国的经济飞速发展,社会福利系统也日益完善,可是城乡差距的明显性仍有待减缓,三农问题的急需性依然需要中央政府和地方政府大力举措解决。新农保政策就这样应运而生,加快统筹城乡经济社会协调发展,积极构建和谐社会。以前老的农村养老保险已经不再适合当今社会的发展形势,新农保政策的推广,不但解决了广大农民最关心的养老问题,而且对缩小城乡差距打破城乡二元结构起到了重要作用。
In recent years, with the rapid economic development in our country and the increasingly perfect social welfare system, the obvious gap between urban and rural areas still needs to be slowed down. The urgent need of the three rural issues still requires vigorous resolution by the central and local governments. Therefore, the new policy on peasants and peasants came into being, speeding up the coordinated development of economy and society in urban and rural areas and actively building a harmonious society. In the past, the old rural pension insurance was no longer suitable for the development of today’s society. The promotion of the new agricultural insurance policy not only solved the issue of pension for the majority of peasants, but also played an important role in narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and breaking the dual structure of urban and rural areas.
