通过渗碳后冷处理,对12Cr2Ni4A钢渗碳层中残余奥氏体的稳定性及其对性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,渗碳层经淬火后含有不大于17%的残余奥氏体,且对室温停留的陈化稳定不敏感。冷处理时发现,残余奥氏体的数量随冷处理温度的降低和保温时间的增加而下降。当残余奥氏体的数量为11%时,其耐磨性最好。渗碳后经高温回火,再经800℃淬火180℃回火2小时,可获得良好的综合机械性能。
After carburizing and cold treatment, the stability of retained austenite in carburized layer of 12Cr2Ni4A steel and its influence on the properties were investigated. The results show that the carburized layer contains less than 17% retained austenite after quenching, and is not sensitive to the aging stability at room temperature. It was found during cold treatment that the amount of retained austenite decreased with the decrease of cold treatment temperature and holding time. When the amount of retained austenite is 11%, its wear resistance is best. After carburizing high temperature tempering, and then quenched at 800 ℃ 180 ℃ tempering 2 hours, get a good comprehensive mechanical properties.
