拉挤成型纤维复合材料在土木工程中应用广泛,复合材料的连接问题是其结构设计的关键问题之一。目前复合材料的连接方式主要有胶接、螺栓连接和胶栓混接三种,本文通过试验研究针对FRP的不同连接方式进行对比分析,研究表明胶栓混合连接综合了胶接和螺栓连接的优点,具有刚度大、延性好、应力分配合理等特点。该文还针对胶栓混合连接节点,详细分析了端距、螺栓个数、搭接长度和螺栓直径等主要因素对其破坏模式、承载力的影响,从而为FRP节点设计提供参考。
Pultrusion fiber composite materials are widely used in civil engineering. The problem of connection of composite materials is one of the key issues in its structural design. At present, there are three types of connection methods for composite materials: glued joints, bolted joints, and plastic bolts. This paper compares and analyzes the different connection methods of FRPs through experimental research. The study shows that the hybrid connection of rubber plugs combines the advantages of glued joints and bolted joints. , With a large stiffness, good ductility, stress distribution and other characteristics. This paper also analyzes the influence of the main factors such as the distance between the end, the number of bolts, the overlap length and the diameter of the bolt on the failure modes and bearing capacity of the rubber plug hybrid connection node, thus providing a reference for the FRP node design.
