过去的30年中,吸收光谱法测量的精度已从C.V.(偏差系数)为1%改善到0.5—0.2%。流动注入分析的发展得出进一步改善精度的可能性。如果我们能正确地确定反应时间和温度,以及消除环境的干扰,那么就可能将精度改善几倍。本研究改善了测量精度并达到C.V.为0.01%量级。为了固定混合和反应时间,我们提出夹层流动的方法,把样品夹在两层试剂之间。使用这个方法和控制泵的准确流速,就可固定仪器的条件
Over the past 30 years, the accuracy of absorption spectroscopy has been improved from 1% for C.V. (deviation factor) to 0.5-0.2%. The development of flow injection analysis leads to the possibility of further improving the accuracy. If we can correctly determine the reaction time and temperature, as well as the elimination of environmental interference, then the accuracy may be improved several times. This study improves the measurement accuracy and reaches the order of 0.01% on C.V. In order to fix mixing and reaction time, we propose a sandwich flow method in which the sample is sandwiched between two layers of reagent. Using this method and controlling the exact flow rate of the pump fixes the instrument’s conditions
