从舞蹈队长开始,王训益稳步走上了领导者的岗位,先是当了辽芭的业务科科长,1990年出任副团长,三年后担任团长至今。17年来,他以关东汉子特有的坦荡与豪迈,率领全体“辽芭人”在广阔的中国北方默默耕耘,经过在人事制度上使用合同聘任制、在分配制度上实行结构工资制、在管理制度上实施目标管理制等三项重大的体制机制改革,以及创建辽芭附属舞校、中外合资创作等各种大胆的探索和艰苦的磨合,终于摆脱了多年入不敷出、人才剧目匮乏的状态,使辽芭逐步扭亏为盈、逐渐步入了人才剧目两旺的好势头。如今的辽芭声誉日隆,已成为一支优秀的中国专业芭蕾表演团体之一。
