1993年初,公司党政领导安排我专职从事公司的法律事务工作,受公司法人代表、总经理陆秀洲先生的委托,全权处理公司的法律事务工作,先后处理了国内外经济纠纷20多起,总共为公司避免损失2000多万元人民币,挽回损失300多万元人民币,较好地维护了企业的合法权益。经过两年多的工作实践,我深深地体会到领导重视、代理人的投入和当事人的配合是做好企业法律事务工作的根本条件,“三要素”缺一不可。
