目的 建立一种溃疡性结肠炎诊断分级新方法一积分法。方法 通过把溃疡性结肠炎各个观察指标赋予一定的分值，然后根据总积分的多少进行轻重分级，再有４０名内科专家对本方法进行反复验证并与国内常用的两种方法进行了对比。结果 用积分法评估后医生的分级诊断意见非常一致，而其它两种评估方法医生的意见很不一致。结论 用积分法进行诊断分级重复性好、客观、方便，在学术交流时可比性强。
Objective To establish a new method for the diagnosis and classification of ulcerative colitis. Methods By grading each index of ulcerative colitis to a certain score and then grading according to the total score, 40 internal medicine experts repeatedly verified the method and compared it with the two commonly used methods in China. The results of the integral method to assess the doctor’s opinion of the classification is very consistent, and the other two assessment methods doctors opinion is very inconsistent. Conclusions The method of integral method has the advantages of good repeatability, objectiveness and convenience in diagnosis and grading, and comparability in academic exchange.
