随着我国市场的不断改革,我国建筑行业中的需求也不断提高,使得各个建筑行业的管理成本逐渐增加,因此,在竞争激烈的市场中,较低的成本会使得建筑企业有着很强的优势。况且,管理成本不只是控制了建筑行业在工程中的成本,也保障了工程中的建设需求,并且完善企业的内部管理,增强建筑企业的竞争力,从而在市场竞争中获得更多的利益。本文通过对我国建筑经济成本管理的问题与重要性进行分析,提出相应的解决策略。
With the continuous reform of the market in China, the demand in China’s construction industry is also continuously increasing, making the management costs of various construction industries gradually increase. Therefore, in the highly competitive market, the lower cost will make the construction enterprises have a strong advantage . Moreover, the cost of management not only controls the cost of the construction industry in the project, but also guarantees the construction needs in the project, improves the internal management of the enterprise and enhances the competitiveness of the construction enterprises so as to obtain more benefits in the market competition. This article analyzes the problems and the importance of China’s construction cost management and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
