患者女,47岁,因全身皮肤潮红肿胀、干裂脱屑伴疼痛2月就诊。经组织学检查证实为红皮病性蕈样肉芽肿。应用免疫抑制剂治疗,取得较好疗效。
Female patient, 47 years old, due to systemic skin flushing, dry scaling with pain in February treatment. Histological examination confirmed erythrodermic mycosis fungoides. Application of immunosuppressive agents, and achieved good results.
