部队营养与食品卫生工作对保障指战员健康十分重要。部队营养与食品卫生工作的任务应当是:根据我军营养标准,协同给养人员调配合理膳食,保障指战员的营养需要;根据我国有关食品卫生法规定,搞好部队饮食卫生管理,杜绝饮食性疾患。为了作好上述工作,部队卫生人员应了解和掌握我军营养标准和我国有关食品卫生法规;了解和掌握部队合理膳食和食品卫生管理以及部队营养监测和食品卫生监督等有关基本知识。为此,本刊拟结合我军实际刊登部队营养和食品卫生系统讲座,供部队卫生人员参考。
Troop nutrition and food hygiene are very important for ensuring the health of combatants. The tasks of troop nutrition and food hygiene work should be to: formulate a reasonable diet in accordance with the nutrition standards of our armed forces, and coordinate the provision of food to ensure the nutritional needs of officers and men; and to improve the food and hygiene management of the armed forces and eliminate diet-related diseases according to the relevant provisions of the Food Hygiene Law of the People’s Republic of China. In order to do the above work, military health personnel should understand and master our military nutrition standards and our country’s food hygiene laws and regulations; understand and master the basic knowledge of military forces such as reasonable diet and food hygiene management, and force nutrition monitoring and food hygiene supervision. To this end, this publication to be combined with the actual publication of our troops army nutrition and food hygiene lectures for military health personnel reference.
