Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is one of the most frequently studied diseases in recent years. The causes and pathogenesis of MDS are unclear. Many cases have found chromosomal abnormalities at diagnosis. Approximately 15-64% of MDS eventually turn to acute myeloid leukemia. HLA system is an important human genetic
