文书整理工作是文书部门采用不同的整理方法,对办理完毕的、有查考保存价值的、并要向档案部门移交的归档文件所进行的整理工作。只有将整理后的文件归档,才能把历史信息保存下来,使档案在日后的工作中发挥更好的作用。
Clerical work is the clerical department adopts different methods to sort out the completed filing documents that have been examined and preserved and transferred to the archival department. Only by filing the finished file can we save the historical information so that the file can play a better role in our future work.
