研究海藻型种子包衣药肥(SD-1)对苗期玉米和水稻生长的影响。试验结果表明,当SD-1与玉米种子质量比在1/10~1/40时,SD-1处理的玉米种子发芽率与清水对照没有差异(均达到90%以上),SD-1使用比较安全;当SD-1与玉米种子质量比为1/30~1/40时,与对照相比,叶片叶绿素(SPAD)值增加了6.4%,根长增加了6.1%,生物量没有显著差异;SD-1与玉米种子质量比为1/40时,玉米对氮和钾的吸收没有明显增加,但对磷的吸收增加了18%。SD-1对水稻生长的促进效果好于市场上同类产品(包衣剂高巧),可作为玉米及水稻种子包衣药肥在农业中推广应用。
The effects of seaweed seed coating fertilizer (SD-1) on the growth of maize and rice at seedling stage were studied. The results showed that when the mass ratio of SD-1 to maize seeds was 1/10 to 1/40, no difference was found between the germination percentage of SD-1 treated maize seeds and the control of clear water (both of which reached above 90%). SD-1 Compared with the control, the leaf chlorophyll (SPAD) value increased by 6.4% and the root length increased by 6.1% when the mass ratio of SD-1 to maize seeds was 1/30 to 1/40. There was no significant difference in biomass between the two treatments. When the mass ratio of SD-1 to corn seeds was 1/40, the absorption of N and K by maize did not increase significantly, but the absorption of phosphorus increased by 18%. SD-1 has a better promotion effect on rice growth than similar products on the market (high coating agent), and can be used as a fertilizer for corn and rice seed coating in agriculture.
