随着教育国际化、一体化,国际合作办学已成为我国高等院校补充国内知识供给、保持可持续发展的重要途径。在国际合作办学过程中,学科的差异对合作办学模式提出了不同的要求。以法律人才培育为视角,梳理现有的主要国际合作办学模式,分析不同模式间的优劣,可以为我国高等院校未来国际合作办学模式和国际化法律人才培育探索提供有益参考。
With the internationalization of education, the integration of international cooperation in running schools has become our country colleges and universities complement the domestic supply of knowledge, an important way to maintain sustainable development. In the process of international cooperation in running schools, differences in disciplines put forward different requirements on the mode of running a school for cooperation. From the perspective of fostering legal talents, combing the existing major international cooperation and running modes and analyzing the pros and cons of different modes can provide useful reference for the future international cooperation in higher education institutions and international legal talents training and exploration.
