目的了解泰安市医疗机构消毒工作质量及存在的问题,提高消毒效果和质量。方法 2006-2009年对泰安市医疗机构的物体表面、医护人员手、空气和使用中消毒液等进行采样检测。结果 4年共采样1010份,平均总合格率为88.42%,2006-2009年合格率分别为84.19%、84.50%、91.51%和94.27%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。使用中消毒液、物体表面、医护人员手和空气合格率分别为94.74%、86.47%9、0.91%和80.26%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。疗养院、综合医院、专科医院和民营医院合格率分别为95.96%、88.95%、85.57%和82.76%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论泰安市医疗机构消毒合格率呈逐年上升趋势,但总体不高,且民营医院消毒与灭菌质量处于较低水平,还应继续加强监督检测,特别应加强民营医院及医院内部空气的消毒管理。
Objective To understand the quality and existing problems of disinfection in medical institutions in Tai’an and to improve the disinfection effect and quality. Methods From 2006 to 2009, samples were taken from the surface of medical institutions in Tai’an, the hands of medical staff, the air and disinfectant in use. Results A total of 1010 samples were obtained in 4 years. The average total pass rate was 88.42%. The pass rates in 2006-2009 were 84.19%, 84.50%, 91.51% and 94.27%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). In the use of disinfectant, the surface of the object, the health workers and air pass rate were 94.74%, 86.47% 9,0.91% and 80.26%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The passing rates of nursing homes, general hospitals, specialist hospitals and private hospitals were 95.96%, 88.95%, 85.57% and 82.76%, respectively, with significant differences (P <0.01). Conclusion The qualification rate of disinfection of medical institutions in Tai’an is on the rise year by year, but it is generally not high. The quality of disinfection and sterilization in private hospitals is at a low level. Supervision and testing should continue to be strengthened. In particular, the disinfection of air in private hospitals and hospitals should be strengthened .
