机床作为机械制造和维修设备,其电气系统的维护和处理故障的能力直接影响机床的安全运行,并且影响着生产的安全可靠性。首先从PLC、主控制系统、调速系统、先导回路、主回路等方面对机床的电气系统进行详细的理论分析,然后针对电气系统的工作原理和实际生产过程中产生的故障进行维护操作和论证,最后对于现代先进的故障诊断技术在故障维护方面的研究给予了充分论证。希望能够对实际生产过程提供一个可靠的理论基础和实践指导作用。
