Since the implementation of the four systems, especially after the central government proposed the move to march into science, the thinking of some health workers who work in the armed forces has become more serious than in the past. This kind of ideological problem can be roughly divided into three kinds of situations. One is that the older health cadres who work in the military are mostly old, most of whom are health chiefs, battalion commanders, company commanders and directors, and have never been to formal schools in the past. These comrades urgently demand that when they fail to attend school due to some objective conditions, they will be negative and dissatisfied, and may even wait for demobilization, demobilization and resignation. The second is a younger colleague who actively studies culture and prepares for the future application of medical education. However, he is not confident in his current job strength. The third is that comrades who have been formally assigned to work in the military by graduating from the Medical University hold the view that the work of the military forces is overkill and calls for the transfer of troops.
