目的建立九里香药材中脱水长叶九里香内酯的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,使用Agilent EsclipeXDB-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(55∶45),流速1 mL.min-1,检测波长332 nm,柱温25℃。结果脱水长叶九里香内酯进样浓度在20.72~207.2μg.mL-1内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8);其平均回收率为98.41%,RSD为1.65%(n=6)。结论本法简便易行,重复性好,可用于九里香药材中脱水长叶九里香内酯的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of the content of the dehydrated leaf nine years in the Ji Li Xiang herbs. Methods The mobile phase was methanol-water (55:45) with a flow rate of 1 mL · min-1 using an Agilent Esclipe XDB-C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) Column temperature 25 ℃. Results The dextromethoxol had a good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 0.999 8) in the range of 20.72 ~ 207.2 μg.mL-1, with an average recovery of 98.41% and a RSD of 1.65% n = 6). Conclusion This method is simple, reproducible, and can be used to determine the content of grifola frondosa in Ji Li Xiang.
