随着我国经济的不断向前发展,施工建筑随处可见,进而产生的工程资金费用问题引起了人们的广泛关注,随之衍生而来的各种预算方法也是层出不穷。这些预算法则的出现也确实帮助部分公司解决了简单预算问题。但随着时代的不断发展,以往老旧的预算法则已经达不到现代复杂建筑的预算了,并且,一部分的预算法则根本没考虑到建筑过程中的实际问题。基于此现状,笔者认为,提出解决工程预算中的常见问题的方案是很有必要的。
With the continuous development of economy in our country, the construction of buildings can be seen everywhere, and the resulting project cost of funds has aroused widespread concern, followed by various derived from the various budget methods are also emerging. The advent of these budget rules does help some companies to solve simple budget issues. However, with the continuous development of the times, the old rules of the old budget have not reached the budget of modern and complicated buildings, and some of the budget laws have not considered the actual problems in the construction process. Based on this status quo, I believe that it is necessary to propose a solution to the common problems in the project budget.
