朱熹辞赋通论是对他辞赋思想与辞赋创作的贯通性讨论,研究的文本对象有《楚辞集注》、他关于辞赋的论述以及《白鹿洞赋》等辞赋作品。朱熹辞赋内在地存在理学的本体、以《诗》诠赋的方法和尊崇骚赋的价值观等贯串其辞赋思想与辞赋创作的共性特质。理学的本体是一以贯之的主线;以《诗》诠赋是楚辞解释的新境界,但却仅是一种方法论,因为他依然视辞赋为“文”而没有将其当作诗歌;基于规讽之旨和平易之文主张,他尊崇骚赋而贬抑汉大赋、俳赋、律赋、文赋等,是为其辞赋价值论。集哲学家、辞赋理论家和辞赋作家于一身,是导致贯串朱熹辞赋思想与辞赋创作三大共性特质的内因,也是其积极意义和局限性的根源所在。
