本文基于平衡计分卡理论,探讨了我院口腔科绩效薪酬分配方案。实践表明,平衡计分卡这一先进的管理工具可以帮助科主任更好地对员工进行绩效管理,科室的整体素质及竞争力得到有效提高。
Based on the theory of Balanced Scorecard, this paper discusses the distribution of performance pay in dentistry in our hospital. Practice shows that the advanced management tool of Balanced Scorecard can help the director of the department to perform better performance management for the staff, and the overall quality and competitiveness of the department can be effectively improved.
