应用氩激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变（ＤＲ）３６例、６１只眼、背景期ＤＲ行局部光凝１２只眼，有效率１００％，增殖前期及增殖期ＤＲ行全视网膜光凝４９只眼，有效率７１．４３％。增殖前期与增殖期ＤＲ的疗效统计学上差异无显著性。探讨了氩激光治疗ＤＲ的机理。适应证及术后随诊等
36 cases of diabetic retinopathy (DR) were treated with argon laser and 61 eyes were treated with local photocoagulation in 12 DRs. The effective rate was 100%. In pre-proliferative and proliferative DRs, 49 eyes were treated with total retinal photocoagulation. The effective rate 71.43%. There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between pre-proliferative and proliferative DR. The mechanism of argon laser treatment of DR was discussed. Indications and follow-up and so on
