我们对上海某药厂四批号的乙酰唑胺片进行了体外溶出度试验,试验数据用威布尔函数进行拟合,提取体外参数m、T_(50)、Td。并初步探索硬度、崩解时限对各参数的影响。
In vitro dissolution tests were conducted on four batches of acetazolamide tablets in a Shanghai pharmaceutical factory. The experimental data were fitted by Weibull function and the in vitro parameters m, T 50 and Td were extracted. And preliminary explore the hardness, disintegration time on the impact of various parameters.
