群众性业余文艺团队是现阶段社会文化服务的重要组成部分,具有广泛地群众性、深入的参与性、实践的先导性和潜移默化的影响力,对推动社会文化进步有重要的意义。特别是在倡导以人为本发展观的当今社会中,群众性业余文艺团队对于全民艺术的普及来说意义重大。宁波的文化事业尤其是群众文化事业一直是走在全国前列的,在新的发展时期,如何发挥群众性业余文艺团队在公共文化服务中的作用,促进全民艺术普及,值得仔细思考。
