目的:了解青海省儿童诺瓦克病毒(NLVs)流行株和流行趋势,为NLVs引起的腹泻提供实验室资料,以便更好的控制传染病的爆发流行。方法:采用Real-Time PCR和RT-PCR两种方法对西宁地区婴幼儿腹泻的标本进行NLVs的检测。结果:西宁地区120例婴幼儿腹泻中,Real-Time法检测阳性45例,检出率为37.50%;RT-PCR检出阳性39例,检出率为32.50%。结论:西宁地区秋冬季节婴幼儿腹泻中NLVs是主要的病原体之一,仅次于轮状病毒;在快速诊断中Real-Time的灵敏度优于RT-PCR。
Objective: To know the prevalence and epidemic trend of children’s Norovirus virus (NLVs) in Qinghai Province and provide laboratory data for the diarrhea caused by NLVs in order to better control the outbreak of infectious diseases. Methods: NLVs were detected by real-time PCR and RT-PCR in infants with diarrhea in Xining area. Results: Among the infants with diarrhea in 120 infants and young children in Xining, 45 cases were detected by Real-Time method, the detection rate was 37.50%; 39 cases were positive by RT-PCR, the detection rate was 32.50%. CONCLUSION: NLVs in infants and young children in the autumn and winter seasons of Xining are one of the major pathogens, second only to rotavirus. Real-Time sensitivity is superior to RT-PCR in rapid diagnosis.
