P33．6（D；S；；l位点）是Jeffreys等人1988年首先报道的一个VNTR位点，国内陈松等人（1993）“’对IO0名中国汉人进行了此位点扩增，得到了分辨率高、清晰易读的图谱。我们参考了Jeffreys和陈松等人的方法，根据本实验室的条件，以云南省汉人为研究对象，进行了此位点的扩增
P33.6 (D;S;;l locus) is a VNTR site first reported by Jeffreys et al. in 1988. Domestic Chen Song et al. (1993) "’applied this site to IO 0 Chinese Han people. A high-resolution, clear and easy-to-read map was obtained, and we referenced the methods of Jeffreys and Chen Song et al., and according to the conditions of our laboratory, we conducted an amplification of this site in Han Chinese in Yunnan Province.
