高新技术产品出口无疑会对我国外贸整体出口产生积极有利的影响,具体表现在: --有助于外贸出口结构的优化和升级 1979年到1999年,我国外贸出口额从136.58亿美元增加到1949亿美元,增长了14.27倍。出口的快速增长对我国经济的持续不断发展,起了很大的带动作用。然而,在我国外贸出口的产品结构中,多是附加值低的初级加工产品和原料性商品出口的快速增长基本上是靠数量取得的。
