露天矿山爆破穿孔深孔积水,历来是采矿生产中的老大难问题。针对这一难题,目前,有些矿山已经开始使用乳化油等防水炸药进行深孔爆破,这种办法虽可以解决防水问题,但由于成本高、浪费大等原因,对企业提高经济效益有很大影响。为了从根本上解决问题,最近,鞍钢弓长岭铁矿技协,组织了技协骨干和工程技术人员进行技术攻关,研究出一种排除深孔积水的新招,利用“气压顶吹法”解决了水孔疏干的技术难题,经试验获得成功。
