由国家交通部水运规划设计院承担编制的“江苏中山港总体布局规划”去年11月30日在北京通过专家评审,这是江苏中山港自前年10月份通过建港条件评审后迈出的关键性一步。它表明不远的将来,淮河流域将建立起又一直接的出海口岸——江苏中山港。
The “Jiangsu Zhongshan Port General Layout Plan” undertaken by the Ministry of Transport, Water Transport Planning and Design Institute passed the expert review in Beijing on November 30 last year, which is the key to Jiangsu Zhongshan Port since it passed the review of the conditions for establishing a port in October last year step.
