采用鼻内窥镜行中鼻道开窗术６１例９８侧，同时切除鼻腔息肉及筛窦病变。手术后鼻腔宽敞光滑，鼻通气良好、引流通畅。４８例（７８．７％）的患者头昏、头痛症状消失１０例（１６．４％）症状明显改善，７例（１１．５％）术后３～６个月息肉复发，上颌窦阻塞，再次手术后通气良好。该手术可清除筛窦病变，最大限度地保留鼻腔、鼻窦粘膜及开放窦口，有利于鼻腔及鼻窦生理功能的维护和改善
Endoscopic sinus surgery in 61 cases of 98 cases of fenestration, simultaneous removal of nasal polyps and ethmoidal lesions. After surgery, the nasal cavity is spacious and smooth, with good nasal ventilation and smooth drainage. In 48 (78.7%) patients, dizziness and headache symptoms disappeared in 10 (16.4%) patients. Symptoms were significantly improved in 7 patients (11.5%), recurrence of polyps in 3 to 6 months after operation, occlusion of maxillary sinus, Good ventilation after surgery again. The operation can clear the ethmoid sinus lesions, to maximize the preservation of the nasal cavity, sinus mucosa and open sinus ostium, is conducive to the maintenance and improvement of nasal and sinus physiological functions
