毛细胞型白血病(Hairy Cell Leukem-ia)或称白血性网状内皮细胞增生症(Leu-kemic Reticuloendotheliosis),为一罕见类型白血病。自1923年以来,国外已有多例报导,国内近年始有记载,我院见到一例,其临床表现与文献描述者有所不同,兹报导于后,并简要复习有关资料供参考。病例摘要患者白某某,男、49岁,河北省柏乡县人,住病号7603785。因晕眩、耳鸣4个月,双眼视力模糊,复视一个月,言语不清,不能行走十天于1976年4月19
Hairy Cell Leukemia (Leukemia-Lea) or Leu-kemic Reticuloendotheliosis is a rare type of leukemia. Since 1923, there have been many reports in foreign countries. There are records in China in recent years. One case was seen in our hospital. The clinical manifestations of the disease were different from those of the authors of the literature. It is hereby reported later and the relevant materials are briefly reviewed for reference. Case Summary White Moumou, male, 49 years old, Baixiang County, Hebei Province, resident disease number 7603785. Due to dizziness, tinnitus 4 months, blurred vision binocular, diplopia for a month, speechless, can not walk ten days in April 19, 1976
