对拖拉机转向梯形机构进行设计时,传统做法是借助作图法予以实现,然而具有难以避免的误差,参数理想性很难有效保证。如果通过解析法进行计算,虽然可以得到较为精确的结果 ,然而设计及计算过程极为繁琐,因而也不常采用。所以,借助计算机技术以实现对转向机构的优化设计便成了当前的一种主流做法。文章对拖拉机转向机构优化设计展开相应的探究,以期为同行提供一些有益的参考。
Tractor steering trapezoidal body design, the traditional approach is to use mapping method to be achieved, but with unavoidable errors, the parameters of the ideal is difficult to effectively guarantee. If the calculation by analytical method, although you can get more accurate results, but the design and calculation process is extremely cumbersome and therefore not commonly used. Therefore, the use of computer technology to achieve the optimal design of the steering mechanism has become the current mainstream practice. The paper explores the optimal design of tractor steering mechanism in order to provide some helpful references for the peers.
